Kaiseki restaurant, Tominokoji Yamagishi opened its doors on Tominokoji-dori street in October, 2015. In keeping with the traditions of Kyoto cuisine, and placing our spiritual foundations upon cha-kaiseki hospitality, we offer dishes that allow our customers to fully experience the change of the four seasons. Using authentic Kyoto ingredients, we hope to take our customers on a year-round culinary journey to savour the rich culture of historical Kyoto. Beyond cuisine, we draw elements from tea ceremony, flower arrangement and calligraphy to enlighten the five senses, in the hopes of providing our customers with an ambience that is out of the ordinary.
